Delivery times vary by zone: Within Tamil Nadu, delivery takes 3 days; within the State, 5 days; for the Rest of India, 6 days; and for Northeast and J&K, 7-8 days. We offer free shipping for all orders above ₹3000. For orders below ₹3000, a delivery charge of ₹100 applies.

We offer a straightforward 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in their original packaging. Please note that accessories, free gifts, and promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange. A nominal handling charge of ₹150 applies for processing returns and exchanges. Sale products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. For more details, please refer to our full policy.

For *Prepaid Orders, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned item. For **COD Orders*, a Razorpay link will be shared to collect your bank details for the refund.

Once your order is placed, you will receive confirmation over email and SMS. After your shipment is dispatched, you will again be notified via email, SMS, and WhatsApp with a tracking link. You can also log in to your account and check the status under 'My Orders' or use the 'Track Order' option on our website by entering your Order ID.

After you place an order, you will receive confirmation via email and SMS. *Additionally, we will call you on your provided phone number to confirm your order details.* *During this call, you can request any changes to your order, including modifications to color, size, design, delivery address, or phone number.* Once confirmed, your order will be processed and dispatched.

We accept all major Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and Net Banking transactions, which are processed over a secure encrypted connection. We do offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders up to a maximum value of ₹5,000. Please note there is a COD charge of ₹29, which is subject to change. If the COD option is not available at checkout, it means the service is not available for your postal code.
